As a social entrepreneur, the challenge you face is the creation of a better future. This workshop will introduce you to some of the basic strategic tools and principles needed to foster your capacity for innovation.

Have you tried to foster change employing conventional strategic planning techniques? They are difficult to implement when not supported by the appropriate strategic thinking.

This workshop focuses on strategic thinking, a new approach to challenge the status quo.

 The workshop is composed of 4 sessions each lasting 3 hours. You must be available to attend all 4 sessions. 
1. An introduction to strategic thinking
2. Positioning and industry segmentation
3. The internal development of a strategy
4. Strategy implementation
