Our vision is for Ireland to have a world class environment for social enterprises to thrive. Our mission is to champion for the sector, and our members, representing and promoting our collective voice nationally and internationally.

Meet The Team

Our Governance

Our board of directors is responsible for our governance and overseeing our strategic direction. All of our Board members including the Chairperson are volunteers giving their time, skills and expertise to help advance our mission. We are established as a company limited by guarantee (CLG) with the formal legal name ‘SERI Social Enterprise Republic of Ireland'.

 

Our company number is: 673301. Our registered charity number is 20206320. We are compliant with Charities Regulator's Charities Governance Code. SERI is funded through a mixture of membership subscriptions, grants, contracts and earned income. Our finances are outlined in our annual accounts prepared by Grant Thornton and explained in our annual director’s reports.
